Jacquard Procion Mx Dye for Natural Fibers Set .67oz - 4 Colors & Soda Ash

Procion MX is one of the most versatile dyes available. Use it for immersion dyeing, tie dye, batik, airbrush, garment dyeing, screen printing, spatter painting, gradation dyeing and more. This cold water concentrated dye, which you add to tap water, is the most vivid of all dyes for cellulose fibers. You can easily create a palette of colors ranging from light pastels to deep, vibrant hues. Typically, one 2/3 oz. bottle will dye more than 1 pound of fabric - very bright colors will require more dye, pastel colors will require less. Procion MX fiber reactive dye will dye all cellulose (plant) fibers and some protein (animal) fibers. Common cellulose fibers are cotton, linen, jute, ramie, sisal, and rayon. For best results on protein fibers we recommend using Jacquard Acid Dyes.

This set includes four colors that correspond to the CYMK color model capable of achieving almost any color as laid out on the included color wheel.
